Rollout Phases & Execution
The SwissBorg Targeted Rollout was structured to ensure broad international distribution, coordinated partner fulfillment, community host onboarding, and continuous data qualification across developing meteorological corridors.
Phase 1: Hardware Allocation & Partner Logistics
The community funding round successfully allocated 2,270 WeatherXM stations across 12 designated local deployment partners and vetted host communities in 19 countries. Logistics, regional hardware configurations, and initial coordination were completed.
