Targeted network rollouts
Accelerating ground observation density where meteorological data is needed most. Targeted Rollouts allow organizations, enterprises, and communities to co-fund and deploy dedicated station clusters with transparent delivery tracking.
How targeted rollouts operate
While organic network growth expands globally, critical industrial corridors, agricultural basins, and urban centers require immediate hyper-local station density. Targeted Rollouts provide a structured mechanism for stakeholders to sponsor and monitor multi-station deployments.
Geographic Definition & Funding
Partners define target geographic cells (using H3 hexagonal indexing) and secure hardware batches. Deployer incentives and funding are locked transparently to ensure deployment execution.
Host Siting & Installation
Local hosts, enterprise field technicians, or community members receive pre-configured hardware and install stations according to meteorological siting guidelines.
Qualification & data delivery
Stations begin transmitting signed telemetry. Server-side QoD algorithms qualify observational plausibility, and real-time streams become accessible via the WeatherXM Pro API.
Active & completed targeted rollouts
